Composer menu and web search improvements
The composer "+" menu is rebuilt around four labeled entries, and the DuckDuckGo search fallback is now visible in settings and reaches the network through your system proxy by default.

- The slash command menu can now be filtered by its Chinese labels.
- Web search settings list DuckDuckGo as the built-in fallback and add a system proxy switch, enabled by default, so search keeps working on restricted networks.
- Release pipeline improvements keep version information and installers in sync.
